摘 要:目的评价情景教学配合高仿真模拟人在高职医学生心脏急救教学中的应用效果。方法将96名高职临床医学专业学生随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用情景教学,并使用高仿真模拟人进行心脏急救教学培训;对照组利用传统模拟人进行常规教学,培训结束1天后和1个月后分别对两组学生进行操作和理论考核。结果培训结束1天后,两组的理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但实验组学生的操作成绩比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。1个月后实验组理论成绩和操作考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心脏急救教学中采用情景教学配合高仿真模拟人能培养学生正确的急救思维能力和实际操作能力,达到良好的教学效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of situational teaching combined with high-fidelity simulator in the teaching of cardiac emergency for higher vocational medical students.Methods A total of 96 higher vocational medical students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given the simulation teaching method,and high-fidelity simulator in the teaching of cardiac emergency was used;The control group was treated with the traditional situational approach and use traditional simulator.The theoretical knowledge test and operational test were taken after the training 1 day later and 1 month later.Results One day after the end of the training,there was no significant difference in the theoretical results between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the operating performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month later,the theoretical and operational examination results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of cardiac emergency,situational teaching combined with high-fidelity simulator can cultivate students'correct emergency thinking ability and practical operation ability,and achieve good teaching effect.
