摘  要:神经母细胞瘤是小于5岁儿童最常见的颅外实体肿瘤,随着对疾病认识的加深及治疗方案的进展,其总生存率有一定的提高,但5年生存率仍低于40%。关于神经母细胞瘤的遗传基础研究能更好地帮助理解肿瘤生物学行为,在神经母细胞瘤的发生过程中,细胞的表观遗传学改变比基因突变发生早,在细胞恶变早期即可检测到印记基因改变和DNA甲基化异常,被认为是肿瘤发生的早期事件,对临床诊断和治疗有很大的指导意义,因此本文将对神经母细胞瘤与基因印记的研究进展做一综述。Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor in children aged under 5 years. With the deepening of pathogenic understanding and the advances of treatment options, the overall survival rate shows a slight improvement. However, 5-year survival rate remains under 40%. Genetic researches of neuroblastoma assist in better understanding of its biological behaviors. During its occurrence, epigenetic changes of cells occur earlier than genetic mutations. Alterations of imprinting genes and abnormal DNA methylation may be detected in early malignant cells. And these early events of neuroblastoma play great roles in guiding its clinical diagnosis and treatment. Therefore we reviewed the research progress of relations between neuroblastoma and gene imprinting.
