摘　　要：本文将以当前高职院校的信息化教务管理重要性为出发点,分析高职院校信息化教务管理存在的问题,以便深入探讨新时期对教务管理的需求。从中得出必须通过强化认知、分工合作、强化培训三个方面提高信息化管理有效性的结论,这是高职院校稳定发展的重要前提。Taking the importance of information-based educational administration in higher vocational colleges as the starting point, this paper will analyze the problems existing in the information-based educational administration of higher vocational colleges, so as to further explore the needs of educational administration in the new era. It is concluded that the effectiveness of information-based management must be improved through three aspects: strengthening cognition, division of labor and intensive training. This is an important prerequisite for the stable development of higher vocational colleges.
