摘 要:[目的/意义]以河海大学ESI "工程学"学科为例,对学科竞争力进行分析与研究,探讨学科发展中的优势和不足,为世界一流学科建设提供参考。[方法/过程]首先以发表论文为主体,对标中国大陆工程学科进入ESI前1‰机构,对河海大学"工程学"学科2007-2017这11年间的发展情况进行揭示和分析;然后着重基于学科领域百分位指标,从论文引用频度分布的角度,深度剖析新进入ESI前1‰机构的竞争优势,旨在对河海大学"工程学"学科发展提供思路。[结果/结论]河海大学"工程学"学科需加大论文产出,提高论文质量,优化论文被引频度分布,加强与国际一流高校和科研机构合作,提高学科国际竞争力。[Purpose/Significance] Taking the case study of ESI “engineering” subject of Hohai Universtiy as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the discipline competitiveness, discusses the advantages and disadvantages in the development of discipline, to provide reference for the construction of world-class discipline.[Method/Process] firstly, contrasting with engineering discipline of China's Mainland listed in the top 1‰ institution of ESI, this paper reveals the discipline development of Hohai Universtiy between 2007 and 2017, and then studies the competitive advantages of the latest 1‰ institutions in-depth. At last, based on the discipline percentile index and citation frequency distribution, this paper provides some ideas for “engineering” subject of Hohai University.[Result/Conclusion] The “engineering” discipline of Hohai Universtiy needs to increase the output of papers, improve the quality of papers, optimize the distribution of paper citation frequency, and especially strengthen the cooperation with international first-class academic institutions to enhance academic influence and improve international rankings of universities.
