非病理专业住院医师临床病理科轮转的问题及思考

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训作为毕业后教育的重要组成部分,是医学生毕业后为其职业生涯打下重要基础的关键阶段。在住院医师规范化培训中,临床病理学教学是重要的内容之一。目前由于临床病理基本知识的培训被忽视,造成临床医师缺乏基本临床病理素养,严重影响医疗技术水平,如何让住院医师在短时间内掌握基本病理知识,提高病理素养是我们一直努力的方向。文章通过总结近年来我院非病理专业住院医师轮转病理科的现状及遇到的问题,提出需重视对临床病理科培训,同时采取一系列应对措施,比如规范入科教育,严格出科考核,细化工作岗位使住院医师在工作中学习,实施以亚专科为基础的临床病理培训等以期全面提高非病理专业住院医师的培训质量,强化住院医师的基本临床病理素养,使培训规范化、科学化、优质化。As an important part of postgraduate medical education, standardization residency training is a key stage for medical students. In the standardized residency training, clinical pathology is one of the important subjects. However, basic knowledge training of clinical pathology is basically ignored in general, which makes clinicians lack of basic knowledge of clinical pathology and thus seriously affects the improvement of their medical skills. Training the residents of improving pathological accomplishment in a short time is always the path that we have been trying to take. This article summarized the problems of rotations and trainings for non-pathological residents in the pathology department in recent years. We proposed that clinical pathology training should be strengthened and more attention should be paid to, and a series of measures should be taken. The measures we took to improve the training quality included standardizing the pre-job training, making strict requirements for final examinations at the end of the rotation, refining management of job positions and implementing clinical pathological training based on sub-specialties. With these methods, we could comprehensively improve the quality of training of non-pathological residents, strengthen the clinician's basic clinical pathology knowledge, and make the training standardized, scientific and quality.
