摘  要:目的了解深圳-加拿大麦吉尔大学全科医学骨干师资培训项目的实施效果。方法以2017年参加深圳-加拿大麦吉尔大学全科医学骨干师资培训项目的 30名学员为调查对象,采用远程教学和现场带教的方式进行培训。以培训后学员的学习反馈得分评价其培训效果。本项目的效果评价主要通过问卷调查及远程视频访谈的形式展开,调查问卷采用李克特五分量表(Likert scale)设计。结果共收回29份有效问卷,90%参与者认为这个项目是一个难得的教育经历,93%参与者认为教授们的知识很渊博,90%参与者认为教授们提供了一个开放和舒适的环境。93%参与者认为他们在这个项目中所学到的知识和技能与他们的职业相关,90%参与者认为这个项目帮助他们更好地进行教学/指导,90%参与者认为这个项目提高了他们与患者交流的能力,86%参与者认为这个项目改进了他们管理慢性病的能力,90%参与者认为这个项目帮助他们培养社会责任感,93%参与者认为这个项目积极改进了他们对基层医疗的态度。结论深圳-加拿大麦吉尔大学全科医学骨干师资培训项目取得了较好的效果,在提高教学能力,学习医患沟通技巧,改善慢性病管理能力,培养社会责任感,改善对基层医疗态度等方面效果较为明显。Objective To acquire the effectiveness of blended training program for teacher leaders in general practice by Shenzhen-Canada Mcgill University. Methods 30 participants who were in the training program for teacher leaders in general practice by Shenzhen-Canada Mcgill University in 2017 were investigated and evaluated. This program was led by distance teaching and on-the-spot teaching. The training effect was evaluated by participants giving learning feedback. The learning feedback of this project were mainly get from questionnaire, which was designed using the Likert scale, and remote video interview. Results A total of 29 valid questionnaires were collected, and 90% of the participants agree that the project was an valuable educational experience, and 93% of the participants agreed the professors are knowledgeable, and 90% of the participants agreed that the professors had provided an open and comfortable environment. 93% participants agreed that the knowledge and skills they learned in the project were associated with their occupation, 90% participants agreed that the project helped them to teach better, 90% participants in the project agreed that the project improved their ability to communicate with the patients, 86% participants agreed that the project improved their ability to control chronic diseases, 90% participants agreed that this program helped them to develop a sense of social responsibility, 93% participants agreed that the project actively improved their attitude to general practice. Conclusion The training program of the blended Training Program for Teacher Leaders in General Practice by Shenzhen-Canada Mcgill University has achieved good results. It is more than effective to improve the teaching ability, to improve the communication skills of doctors and patients, to improve the management ability of chronic diseases, to cultivate a sense of social responsibility and to improve the medical attitude towards the primary level.
