摘　　要：指出了移动互联网课程平台在高职院校的应用,使翻转课堂教学模式变得可行和现实。基于课堂派移动网络课堂平台,选取《前厅服务与管理》课程中的"散客接待服务"技能进行了翻转课堂教学模式设计,并对教学实践的流程及内容进行了探索,以拓展课堂派移动网络课程平台的适应性,丰富翻转课堂的适用范围,能为其他课程的改革和创新提供参考。The application of mobile internet course platform in higher vocational colleges makes the flipping classroom teaching mode feasible and realistic. Based on the classroom mobile classroom platform, this paper selects the “divided guest reception service” skills in the theFormer Office Service and Management” course to carry out the design of the flip classroom teaching mode. It explores the process and content of the teaching practice, and expands the classroom movement. The adaptability of the online course platform enriches the scope of application of the flipping classroom, which provides reference for the reform and innovation of other courses.
