摘 要:建立了用凯氏定氮法测定吡拉西坦含量的方法。首先,凯氏定氮法测定了硫酸铵中的氮含量,并探讨了NaOH量及蒸馏时间对氮含量测定的影响。其次,对吡拉西坦进行测定,得到了测定的最佳条件。最后,将该方法用于吡拉西坦药片的测定。结果表明,硫酸铵中氮含量的测定结果与理论值一致,吡拉西坦的含量测定结果与药典法测定结果一致。A method for the determination of Piracetam by Kaiser’s Nitrogen was established. First, the nitrogen content in ammonium sulfate was determined by Keseldn method, and the influence of NaOH quantity and distillation time on the nitrogen content was discussed. Then, piracetam was determined and the best condition for determination of piracetam was obtained. Finally, the method was applied to the determination of piracetam tablets. The determination results of nitrogen content in ammonium sulfate are consistent with the theoretical values, and the determination results of piracetam are consistent with those of pharmacology. The method of Keseldine determination is reliable and accurate for the determination of Piracetam.
