摘  要:对学校进行组织分析,发现它是一种内部存在具有分离倾向并且"底部沉重"的系统和社会组织。为实现学校使命和育人目的,改善组织缺陷,学校应重视组织伦理,并对其进行有效建构,以促使不同群体形成共同的道德价值观念。在组织伦理建构上,应营造以伦理道德为核心的学校组织文化,将伦理精神共同体作为其真正确立的标志。Through an analysis of school organization, it is found that schools are a kind of "bottom heavy" social organization system with separation tendency. In order to realize the mission of the school and the purpose of education, and to improve the organizational defects, schools should pay more attention to organizational ethics and construct it effectively so as to promote the formation of common moral values among different groups. For the construction of organizational ethics, it is necessary to build a school organizational culture with ethics as the core and treat a community of ethics spirituality as a really established sign.
