摘　　要：介绍了一种用于PET薄膜涂布辊表面超声波清洗设备的结构特点、工作原理、伺服机构与电气控制的设计,其特点是清洗的高效率和高清洁度,特别对深孔、盲孔、凹凸槽的清洗是较理想的设备。This paper introduces the structure characteristics,working principle,servo mechanism and electric control design of an ultrasonic cleaning equipment for the surface of PET film coating roll. It is characterized by high efficiency and cleanliness of cleaning,especially for the cleaning of deep,blind and concave and convex grooves。
