摘  要:大型仪器设备是高校开展教学与科研的物质基础,构建并完善大型仪器开放共享平台是高校整合优质资源,实现资源共享,对外开放与服务社会的重要途径。结合工作实践,对当前高校大型仪器设备开放共享中存在的利用率不高、管理体制不尽完善、运行水平较低等主要问题进行了分析,提出了推动高校大型仪器设备开放共享管理工作的主要对策。针对高校大型仪器设备管理和共享中现存的问题,认为高校应从设备购置论证、运行管理体制、开放共享基金、绩效评价体系、队伍建设等方面入手,进一步提高大型仪器设备利用率,探索开放共享途径,充分发挥大型仪器设备在人才培养、科学研究以及社会服务方面的重要作用。The large-scale instrument and equipment is the basis for the teaching and scientific research in universities, the construction of large-scale instrument sharing platform is not only integrating high-quality teaching and scientific research resources, but also a meaning way to open to the public and service the society. Based on the working practice, in this paper the countermeasures were put forwarded for promoting the opening-up and sharing management of large-scale instruments and equipment for the main problems of low utilization rate, imperfect management system and low operating level. Faced with the problems existed, the purchasing of equipment, operation and management model, open-sharing fund, benefit appraising system, professional team construction should be strengthened, and make full use of large-scale instruments and equipment of universities in personnel training, scientific research and social services, to better promote the instruments and equipment open-up and sharing, improve the utilization rate.
