摘　　要：高校实验室作为培养人才和科研创新的重要基地,其安全是实施人才培养和科学研究的根本保证。从当前高校实验室现状出发,深入分析了实验室安全建设面临的主要问题;针对相应问题,分别从文化建设、安全督查以及实验室的运行维护等方面提出了切实可行的对策和举措,为加强高校实验室安全建设提供了新方法与新的解决方案,有力保障了高校实验室的人才培养和科学研究。As an important base for training talents and scientific research innovation, laboratory safety is the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of personnel training and scientific research. Based on the present situation of university laboratory, the main problems related to laboratory safety construction were analyzed;according to these problems, corresponding countermeasures were put forward for from the cultural construction, safety inspection and laboratory operation and maintenance, respectively, so as to strengthen the safety construction of laboratory in universities and provide a powerful guarantee for personnel training and scientific research.
