新时代高校教师德育建设存在的问题及路径研究

摘　　要：高校教师作为人才培养的核心,人才培养质量的高低与其有很大关系。因此,新时代高校师德建设很有必要性。目前,我国高校教师德育建设留有的问题是:缺少沟通,管理松懈;注重科研,轻视实践;育人淡薄,师表欠缺;素养降低,道德下滑。为解决存有的问题,采取以下路径:岗前培训,加大管理;弹性机制,关注教学;加强宣传,榜样示范;定期考核,道德优先。As college teachers are the core of talent cultivation,they have a lot to do with the quality of talent cultivation.Therefore,in the new era,the construction of university teachers'morality is of great necessity.Currently,there are still some problems in the construction of college teachers'morality:lack of communication and lax management;laying emphasis on scientific research and contempt of practice;weak education and lack of teachers'morality;reduced quality and declined morality.In order to solve the problems of moral education construction of teachers in colleges and universities,the following paths are adopted:implementing pre-service training and increasing management;carrying out flexible mechanism and focusing on teaching;strengthening publicity and setting an example;implementing regular assessment and giving priority to morality.
