摘  要:从新中国成立后,中小学教科书改革经历了移植与重建—本土化初探—震荡与破坏—恢复与调整—探索与发展—开拓与创新的曲折发展历程,形成了具有中国特色的规范化的中小学教科书体系,为中国教育改革奠定了坚实的基础。70年的中小学教科书管理制度日趋完善,教科书认识不断深化与拓展,教科书编写注重促进人的发展,教科书多样化政策逐级推进。中小学教科书改革为新时代教科书建设提供了启示:立德树人是教科书改革的价值基础;在继承中谋求创新是教科书改革的主要特征;立足本土面向全球是教科书改革的基本趋势;科研与教学相结合是教科书改革的质量追求。Starting from the characteristics of the times in different periods of New China, the reform of textbooks in primary and secondary schools has experienced the twists and turns of transplantation and reconstruction, localization, concussion and destruction, recovery and adjustment, exploration and development, exploitation and innovation, forming a standardized textbook system of primary and secondary schools with Chinese characteristics. The textbook system of primary and secondary schools has laid a solid foundation for China’s education reform, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the management system of textbooks is getting better and better, the textbooks are constantly deepened and expanded, the compilation of textbooks pays attention to promoting human development and the policy of diversification of textbooks advances step by step. The enlightenment of textbook reform in primary and secondary schools for the construction of textbooks in the new era is as follows: cultivating people by virtue is the value basis of textbook reform, seeking innovation in inheritance is the main feature of textbook reform, basing on local areas and facing the world are the development trend of textbook reform and combining scientific research with teaching is the quality pursuit of textbook reform.
