摘  要:建立多波长高效液相色谱法测定食用植物油中4种迷迭香提取物的含量。样品经正己烷溶解后,用饱和正己烷的乙腈溶液萃取,振荡,超声25 min,离心后取乙腈层,定容,过0.45μm滤膜后采用高效液相色谱法检测。选择0.4%乙酸水溶液+乙腈为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm、210 nm。4种化合物在0.1~10μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;加标浓度在0.1~2.0μg/mL时,方法的回收率在80.6%~91.3%,相对标准偏差在4.03%~7.71%,检出限均为1.0 mg/kg。该方法步骤简单,能同时检测4种迷迭香提取物,适用于多种食用植物油中迷迭香提取物的测定。Multiwavelength High Performance Liquid Chromatography(MHPLC) is adopted to determine 4 kinds of rosemary extracts the edible vegetable oil. The sample is dissolved by n-hexane and extracted with acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. And then samples are extracted by ultrasound for 25 min after being oscillated. After centrifugation, acetonitrile layer is fixed and detected by HPLC after passing 0.45μm filtration membrane. 0.4% aqueous acetate and acetonitrile are selected as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, gradient elution. And the detection wavelength is 280 nm and 210 nm. The 4 compounds show a great linear relationship in the range between 0.1 to 2.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999. When the standard concentration is between 0.1 to 2.0 μg/mL, the recovery rate of the method is between 80.6% to 91.3 %, the relative standard deviation is between 4.03% to7.71%, and the detection limit is 1.0 mg/kg. The method is simple and can detect 4 kinds of rosemary extract at the same time. It is suitable for the determination of synthetic antioxidants in various edible vegetable oil.
