生源多样性背景下高职化工类课程教学改革探索——以《精细有机合成技术》课程为例

摘　　要：依据高职教育的培养目标和高职院校学生生源多样性的特点,从高职《精细有机合成技术》课程教学内容及课程教材的选取、教学实施、教学考核评价等几方面对课程教学改革进行了初步探究,以期能适应生源多样性的要求,使不同生源背景的学生都能较好掌握课程知识和相关技能。According to the training objectives of higher vocational education and the characteristics of diversity of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the teaching reform of Fine Organic Synthetic Technology in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of teaching content, selection of teaching materials, teaching implementation and evaluation of teaching assessment, so as to meet the requirements of diversity of students and enable students with different background of students can master the knowledge and related skills of the course better.
