摘　　要：随着时代的发展,需要用更高的标准要求高职院校辅导员的科研能力,而且高职院校辅导员科研能力的高低,对学校思想教育的开展和自身职业生涯规划方面具有直接的影响。With the development of the times, it is necessary to demand the scientific research ability of the counselors in higher vocational colleges with higher standards, and the scientific research ability of the counselors in higher vocational colleges. It has a direct impact on the development of school ideological education and its own career planning.
