摘　　要：风湿免疫科疾病复杂,在诊治过程中存在以下困难:检查及诊断过程较为困难,病程长且病情易反复,传统药物副作用大,生物制剂疗效不一且价格昂贵,患者易合并心理疾患,新药临床试验易受日常工作干扰。对此,通过加强慢病管理,提高医患沟通重视度及沟通技巧,充分知情同意并加强人文关怀等积极的对策,将有助于增进医患信任,提高患者满意度,减少医患矛盾。Rheumatoid diseases is complex and there are the following difficulties in the process of diagnosis and treatment: trouble examination and diagnosis, long course of disease and easy recurrence, side effects of traditional treatment, expensive new biological agents, more anxiety and depression in patients, no enough time to fulfil clinical trial. Therefore, we should strengthen chronic disease management, improve the importance and skills of doctor-patient communication, fully inform consent and strengthen humanistic care and other positive countermeasures. All these will help to enhance doctor-patient trust, improve patient satisfaction and reduce doctor-patient contradictions.
