摘　　要：本文针对浙江工业大学72名不同专业学生设计调查问卷,研究大学生学习动机不足现象并进行统计分析。利用主成分分析法确定因子个数,方法更具有科学性。通过对载荷阵进行因子旋转,建立因子模型,得到四个动机影响因素公因子:综合性动机因子、工作及环境动机因子、监督管理因子、成绩因子。参考弗洛伊德理论得出动机缺乏的主要原因是内在动机不足的结论。The questionnaire survey is designed toward 72 undergraduate students of Zhejiang University of Technology,and factor analysis is used to determine the main factors which affecting students’ learning motivation.Firstly,the principal component analysis method was used to determine the number of principal components.A factor model was established to obtain the four common factors of the motivational influencing factors:the comprehensive motivation factor,the work and environmental motivation factor,the supervision and management factor,and the achievement factor,through the factor rotation of the load array.Referring to Freudian theory,we come to the conclusion that the main reason for determining the lack of motivation is the lacking of intrinsic motivation.
