摘  要:现代学徒制是将传统的学徒培训与现代学校职业教育结合起来共同培养人才的职业教育人才培养模式,是我校老年服务与管理专业人才培养的主要模式。顶岗实践体系以"暑假实习+顶岗实践"为模式,它是培养技术技能型人才的一个重要途径与阶段。通过试点,可以为老年服务与管理专业与其他行业、企业单位的合作提供范本,为学生提供就业方向与渠道,同时为企业的发展提供充足的人才。The modern apprenticeship is a mode of talent cultivating by combining traditional apprenticeship training with modern school vocational education. It is the main model of talent cultivating for the elderly services and management specialty in our school. Internship Training System is based on the the model of "Summer Internship + Internship Training",It is an important way and stage for cultivating technical and skilled talents. Through the pilot of the modern apprenticeship, it can provide a model for the cooperation between the elderly services and management specialty and other industries and enterprises, provide students with employment directions and channels,and provide sufficient talents for the development of the enterprise.
