摘  要:在企业开展实习生带教工作中,经常发现口腔工艺专业学生(实习生)在校期间已充分掌握口腔修复体制作基本技能,在临床上能迅速融入角色开展生产操作,但是新入职学生对于企业生产质量管理要求及相关法律法规知识略显欠缺,现企业中又缺乏相关系统培训——尤其是适应岗位标准需求、执行业务标准操作时显得束手无策——这样一个弱点严重地影响了应届毕业生的岗位发展。鉴于此,通过校企合作分析口腔医学技术专业教学现状,并基于岗位需求探索口腔工艺专业人才入职培训方案,力争为企业能更顺利地招募本专业学生作为新员工建立起一座校企衔接的桥梁。In the teaching of interns in enterprises,it is often found that students(interns) majoring in oral technology have fully mastered the basic skills of making dental prosthodontic system in school,and can quickly integrate into the role of clinical production operations,but the new students for enterprise production quality management requirements and related laws and regulations knowledge strategy.Obviously,there is a lack of relevant systematic training in enterprises,especially to meet the requirements of job standards and to be helpless in carrying out the operation of business standards.In view of this,through the school-enterprise cooperation analysis of the status quo of dental technology teaching and based on post needs to explore the oral technology professionals induction training program,and strive to recruit students as new employees to establish a school-enterprise bridge.
