摘　　要：某专用装检平台用于某部件的拆解、检测、再装配流程,为提高系统的自动化程度,引入了AGV小车,并通过设计的导向补偿机构、柔性自适应机构,实现了某部件与装检平台的精密对接装配。A special inspection platform is used for the disassembly, detection and reassembly process of a certain component. In order to improve the automation degree of the system, the AGV Car is introduced into the system, through the design of the guiding compensation mechanism and the flexible adaptive mechanism, the precision docking assembly of a component and the inspection platform is realized.
