某综合医院急诊科精神障碍收治情况的现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查分析某综合医院急诊科精神障碍收治情况的现状。方法选择我院急诊科自2015年1月～2018年1月接诊的2453例患者作为研究对象,分析精神障碍的检出情况,了解精神障碍患者一般特征,分析诊断、治疗情况及常见精神障碍在相关因素间差异性。结果在本组2453例急诊科患者中,精神障碍461例,检出率为18.79%;主要病种为"精神分裂症和其他精神病性障碍"、"神经症性、应激相关的及躯体形式障碍"、"情感性精神障碍";急诊处理方式主要为使用苯二氮卓类药、紧急转专科医院治疗、使用抗精神病药;"精神分裂症和其他精神病性障碍"、"神经症性、应激相关的及躯体形式障碍"在是否使用苯二氮卓类药、是否紧急转专科医院治疗、是否使用抗精神病药之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);"情感性精神障碍"在不同性别、是否使用抗精神病药之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该综合医院急诊科精神障碍患者占接诊病例的18.79%,根据病种的诊治特点,给予针对性治疗,具有重要的临床意义。Objective Investigation and analysis of the current situation of mental disorders in the emergency department of a general hospital. Methods Selected 2453 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as subjects,analysis of the detection of mental disorders,understand the general characteristics of people with mental disorders,analysis of diagnosis,treatment and common mental disorders between related factors. Results Among the 2453 emergency department patients in this group,461 cases of mental disorders,the detection rate was 18.79%;the main diseases are mainly "schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders","neuropathy,stress-related and somatoform disorders",and "emotional mental disorders";the emergency treatment methods are mainly the use of benzodiazepines,emergency transfer to specialist hospitals,and the use of antipsychotics;differences between "schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders","neuropathy,stress-related and somatoform disorders" in the use of benzodiazepines,whether they are urgently transferred to specialist hospitals,and whether antipsychotics are used All were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference between "emotional mental disorders" in different genders and whether antipsychotics were used(P<0.05). Conclusion The emergency department of the general hospital accounted for 18.79% of the cases. according to the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of the disease,targeted treatment was given,which has important clinical significance.
