摘 要:目的观察分阶段健康教育对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿家属的焦虑抑郁情绪及依从性的影响。方法选取我院收治的新生儿HIE患儿家属98名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各49名,对照组给予常规教育,观察组给予分阶段健康教育。观察比较两组患儿家属健康教育知识掌握程度、焦虑抑郁情绪、依从性情况。结果教育前两组患儿家属疾病知识、科学喂养、基础护理、饮食搭配、注意事项、临床症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教育后两组患儿加速上述指标显著有于教育前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);教育后两组家属焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于教育前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组坚持治疗、定期复诊、居室安排、症状观察评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分阶段健康教育可有效缓解新生儿HIE患儿家属的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高依从性。Objective To observe the influence of staged health education on anxiety,depression and compliance of family members of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods 98 cases of family members of neonates with HIE treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The control group were given routine education,and the observation group were given staged health education. Knowledge of health education,anxiety,depression,compliance were observed in the two groups. Results Before education,there was no statistically significant difference in disease knowledge,scientific feeding,basic care,diet matching,attention and clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);And after education,these parameters of both groups were significantly higher than those before education,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After education,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those before education of the two groups,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of treatment,regular visits,room arrangement and symptom observation scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Staged health education can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression of family members of neonates with HIE,and improve their compliance.
