摘  要:创新力是高校辅导员的重要职业能力之一,是激活高校思想政治工作内生动力的重要保障。本文从创新意识、创新人格、创新知行3个维度,创新动机和动力、创新情感和意志、理论认知和创新实践6个方面建构高校辅导员创新力的基本框架,并总结出各要素在初高级两级状态下的基本特征,为创新力培养提供了抓手、为辅导员自我评价提供了依据。要实现高校辅导员创新力的提升,应从职业生涯规划、组织文化、终身学习入手提供内驱力、外驱力和支撑力保障。The innovation ability is one of the important professional abilities of counselors and an important guarantee to activate the endogenous power of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The article constructs the basic framework of counselors′ innovation ability from three dimensions including consciousness, personality, knowledge and practice, and six aspects including incentive and motivation, emotion and will, theoretical cognition and innovative practice, and summarizes the basic characteristics of each factor in the initial and advanced states, which provides the grasp for cultivating counselors′ innovation ability and gauge for counselors′ self-evaluation. In order to improve the counselors′ innovation ability, we should start with career planning, organizational culture and lifelong learning to provide internal drive, external drive and supporting force.
