摘  要:柴油机的喷射系统是影响柴油机动力性、经济性和排放性的重要因素,在柴油机设计、升级和优化改造的过程中,燃油喷射系统起到了举足轻重的作用。本论文主要在高压共轨电控喷射系统的基础上,对其燃油输送方式进行了优化,阐述了该系统的结构组成和工作原理。主要介绍了CP3.3型高压喷油泵的工作过程,同时对喷射参数进行了分析;最后利用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行模拟仿真,仿真结果显示喷油量、喷油正时、共轨压力和燃烧状态基本都在柴油机的理想工况范围内,从而优化了喷油特性,提高了柴油机的工作效率。The injection system of Diesel engine is an important factor affecting the diesel engine power,economy and emissions.Fuel injection system played a pivotal role on diesel engine design,upgrading and optimization of the transformation process.Based mainly on high injection system of High-pressure common rail,fuel delivery methods are optimized and the structure and working principle are described in this paper.It mainly introduces the working process of the CP3.3 high pressure fuel pump and at the same time the jet parameters is analyzed.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink software is used to simulate,the simulation results show that the fuel injection quantity,fuel injection time,common rail pressure and combustion state are basically within the ideal working condition of the diesel engine,therefore the fuel injection characteristics is optimized and the efficiency of the diesel engine is improved.
