高职女生就业现状分析及对策——以西铁院交通运输学院为例

摘　　要：一直以来,高校毕业生的就业问题一直受到社会的广泛关注,尤其是高职院校女生的就业问题,就业形势比较严峻。本文通过近年西安铁路职业技术学院交通运输学院,铁道交通运营管理、城市轨道交通运营管理、高铁乘务、铁路物流管理、物流管理5个专业女生就业现状、就业困难的原因及原因提出的对策。The employment of college graduates has been widely concerned by the society all the time,especially the employment of girl students.In this paper,the author analyses the employment status,causes and put forwards countermeasures of employment difficulties in five specialties such as Railway Traffic Operation Management,Urban Rail Transit Operation Management,High-speed Railway Passenger Service,Railway Logistics Management and Logistics Management in Transporiation College of Xian Railway Vocational and Technical College.
