摘  要:加快培养应用技术型人才,这是中国经济新常态下产业转型升级的必然要求,也是当前新建地方本科高校积极向应用型高校转型的根本原因。而在高校转型的过程中,"双师双能型"教师队伍成为制约新型本科教育教学质量的重要因素。文章结合福建江夏学院"双师双能型"教师队伍建设的实践,对应用型本科高校"双师双能型"教师队伍建设过程中所存在的普遍性问题进行剖析,并探讨对策建议,以期推进应用型本科高校"双师双能型"教师队伍建设。Training application-oriented talents is the necessary requirement for industry upgrading under the new economic normal, it is also the root cause for the active transformation from current newly-built local universities to application-oriented universities. And in the transformation process, teaching staff with double-qualifications and double-skills become an important factor in new teaching quality of undergraduate education. Based on the practice of the construction of teaching staff with double-qualifications and double-skills in Fujian Jiangxia University, this article analyses the problems in the construction of teaching staff with double-qualifications and double-skills in application-oriented universities, and discusses on the countermeasures with a view to promoting the construction of teaching staff with double-qualifications and double-skills in application-oriented universities.
