摘  要:认知实习是应用型本科院校合肥学院借鉴德国办学模式开展的实践教学课程改革之一,有利于学生认知社会、专业以及自我,并调整职业生涯规划和后续学习计划,有利于学生技术实践能力、创新能力以及综合素质的培养。针对化学工程与工艺专业认知实习过程中岗位资源分散、跨区域等特性,过程监控管理重视程度不足、较为松散等现象,导致认知效果不理想等问题,通过对"互联网+"认知实习动态管理的探索和实施,分析实施过程和成效,改善各种实际条件导致的实习过程管理不畅问题。结合"互联网+"过程管理结果,以及最终的实习手册、报告和实习答辩,以期建立合理的多元实习管理制度。Cognitive practice is one of the practical teaching reforms borrowing from school-running model of German and firstly adopted by Hefei University.Cognitive practice benefits for student understand society,major and themselves,then students can adjust their career planning and follow-up study proposal.In that way,student abilities including technology practice,innovation and comprehensive quality will be increased.Therefore,the low importance attached to monitoring management poses the main problem in the practice process of chemical engineering and technology major due to cross-region of chemical engineering jobs,and the present practice situation result in the poor quality and effect of the practice.In order to improve the unsatisfactory practice phenomenon,we try to explore and implement a new supervisor mode with Internet Plus,and then analyze the process and result of practice.Combining with results of process management with Internet Plus,practice manual,practice report and practice reply,a reasonable multiple management system of cognitive practice is established.
