摘  要:为解决废气涡轮增压柴油机低速段扭矩过低问题,通过提高电动增压器变频器的频率来提升增压器的转速,进而控制进气流量,提升柴油机低速段扭矩。通过分析额外进气量对提扭后废气涡轮增压柴油机的经济性、燃烧特性和排放特性的影响表明,与加装增压器前相同转速的原机外特性工况点的数据相比,提扭后扭矩提升9%~25%。随电动增压器频率的增加,油耗率呈先升后降的趋势,在频率为50 Hz时油耗率比原机增加了1.14%~4.44%;烟度也呈先升后降趋势,但在频率为50 Hz时的烟度比0 Hz时下降了37.4%~44.9%;NO_x排放随电动增压器频率的增加无明显规律。The problem of low-torque in the low-speed section of exhaust gas turbocharged diesel engines is often criticized.By increasing frequency of electric charger transducer,charger speed is increased,intake air flow is controlled,and low-speed torque of diesel engine is boosted.The effect of extra intake air flow on economy,combustion and emission characteristic of exhaust gas turbocharged diesel engine with improved torque is performed.The results show that,the torque is increased by 9%~25%as compared with the data of external characteristic operating point of the original engine of the same speed without charger.With the increase of frequency of electric charger,the specific fuel consumption first increases and then decreases,it increases by 1.14%~4.44%at frequency of 50 Hz compared with the original engine.The smoke emission also first increases and then decreases,whereas it decreases by 37.4%~44.9%at 50Hz compared with 0 Hz.More NOx emission is observed as torque increases,but there is no obvious rule in NOx emission.
