摘　　要：通过对澳大利亚新南威尔士大学实验室管理工作调研,从健康安全培训、健康安全管理制度和保障措施、仪器设备运行系统3个方面详细介绍其实验室管理体系。目的是学习借鉴该校的先进管理经验,增强对实验室健康安全管理的意识,提高我国实验室健康安全管理水平。Based on the investigation of laboratory management in the University of New South Wales in Australia, the laboratory management system is introduced in detail from three aspects of health and safety training, health and safety management system and safeguard measures, and instrument and equipment operation system. The purpose is to learn the advanced management experience from this university, enhance the awareness of laboratory health and safety management, and improve the level of laboratory health and safety management in China.
