从“道器一体”视域浅析《黄帝内经》气学理论的方法论意义

摘　　要：中医哲学是古代中国哲学与传统医学相融合的宝贵结晶。中医哲学对祖国传统医学的影响是非常深远的,作为医家之宗的《黄帝内经》,把古代中国哲学尤其是道家的气论和具体医学内容相结合,形成了独特的中医哲学中的气学理论。兼顾"道"与"器"一体的时而无形时而有形的"气",作为中医学理论体系的重要理论支撑和临床依据是无法或缺的。它作为一种理论奠基和方法运用广泛的存在于《黄帝内经》中,在道器气一体的世界观影响下形成了对于自然万物、生命现象、疾病的诊断和治疗等相关的方法论体系。在新时代,我们有充分的理由相信对中医哲学及方法论的探究不论是对中国哲学还是中医药事业的创新与发展都将具有重要的理论和现实意义。Philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine is a valuable crystallization of the integration of ancient Chinese philosophy and traditional medicine. The philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine has a far-reaching impact on the development of traditional Chinese medicine. Inner Canon of Huangdi,as the patriarch of physicians,combines ancient Chinese philosophy,especially Taoist Qi theory with specific medical content,forming a unique Qi theory in the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine. As an important theoretical support and clinical basis for the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,it is indispensable to give consideration to both"Tao"and"Qi"which are sometimes invisible and sometimes tangible. As a theoretical foundation and method,it is widely used in the Inner Canon of Huangdi. Influenced by the world outlook of Taoism and Qi,it has formed a methodological system for the diagnosis and treatment of natural things,life phenomena and diseases. In the new era,we have good reason to believe that the exploration of TCM philosophy and methodology will have important theoretical and practical significance both for the innovation and development of Chinese philosophy and the cause of TCM.
