摘 要:针对光热发电中塔式太阳能热电系统的定日镜传动系统对传动精度要求高,普通传动装置难以满足的现状,利用谐波传动具有高精度的优点,并结合零齿差输出与谐波传动的特点,研制了一套短筒谐波传动装置。从统计学与概率理论出发,运用蒙特卡洛方法对装置的传动误差进行了模拟计算,并进一步对装置的传动精度进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,其传动精度能够满足定日镜的要求;柔轮与输出刚轮对传动精度影响最大;所研制的谐波传动装置相比于传统的谐波传动具有更小的长径比,实现了其体积的小型化。Heliostat transmission system of solar power tower requires high precision but conventional transmission can’t meet such precision. A harmonic drive with short flexspline is developed,which makes full use of the advantages of high precision of harmonic drive and combines the characteristics of zero teeth difference type output mechanism and harmonic drive. Based on statistics and probability theory,transmission error is calculated and the sensitivity of error of parts is analyzed with the Monte Carlo method. The results show that the transmission precision can meet the requirements of the heliostat and the flexible wheel and the output rigid wheel have the greatest influence on the transmission precision. Meanwhile,the developed harmonic drive device has smaller length to diameter ratio than the traditional harmonic drive and it realizes the miniaturization of its volume.
