摘 要:实践教学是培养学生实践创新能力的主要途径,对培养具有工程素养的高科技人才有着重要的作用。实践教学模式及实施过程,对实践教学效果产生重要影响。针对传统工科专业实践教学中存在的问题,对电子封装技术专业实践教学进行了研究与探索,引入成果导向教育(OBE)理念,从实践教学资源、教学模式等方面进行了研究,搭建了基于企业生产线的工艺平台,采用开放式实践教学方式,构建了企业单位深度参与的模块化、递进式、多元化、创新型的实践教学模式。Practice teaching is the main way to cultivate students’ practical innovation ability,so it plays an important role in training high-tech talents with engineering literacy. The practice teaching mode and implementation process have important impacts on the effect of practice teaching. In view of the problems existing in the practice teaching of traditional engineering specialty,this paper explores the practice teaching of electronic packaging technology specialty,introduces the education idea of OBE into the practice teaching,studies the practice teaching resources and mode,establishes the process platform based on the enterprise production line,and adopts the opening practice teaching,constructs a modular,progressive,pluralistic and innovative practice teaching mode with the deep participation of enterprises.
