摘 要:企业如何以及在何种条件下可以驱动内部的知识创造?结合资源依赖和知识创造文献,以2009~2016年中国上市的制造业企业为样本,检验了顾客依赖对内部知识创造的影响及其实现的权变条件。研究结果表明,顾客依赖与内部知识创造呈倒U型关系;缓冲增强了这种关系,但并未发现桥接的调节效应。同时,在高丰裕环境下,顾客依赖与内部知识创造间的倒U型关系更加显著。在低丰裕环境下,桥接的调节效应更加显著。尽管如此,并未发现在不同程度的环境丰裕度条件下缓冲的调节效应。研究发现对资源依赖和知识创造理论带来了启示。How and under what conditions do firms enable their internal knowledge creation? Combining resource dependence and knowledge creation literature,we examine the impact of customer dependence on internal knowledge creation,and their contingency factors using a sample of Chinese listed manufacturing firms between 2009 and 2016.The results suggest that there is an inverted U-shared relationship between customer dependence and internal knowledge creation;buffering strengthens this inverted U-shared relationship,while the moderating effect of bridging is not significant.We also find that the inverted U relationship between customer dependence and internal knowledge creation becomes more significant.The moderating effect of bridging becomes more salient in a low munificent environment.However,the moderating effect of buffering in a low munificent environment is nonsignificant.Our findings have important implications for resource dependence and knowledge creation.
