摘　　要：文化育人是指用优秀的文化来影响人、塑造人的过程。文化育人是高校开展思想政治工作的重要举措,是构建全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人工作体系的重要一环。高校要发掘各种优秀文化资源,充分发挥其育人作用。Cultural education refers to the process of influencing people and shaping people with excellent culture. Cultural education is an important measure for the development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It is an important part of building a system of full-education, whole-course education, and all-round education. Colleges and universities should explore various excellent cultural resources and give full play to their educational role.
