摘　　要：“微时代”因虚拟性与现实性深度融合的地位根基而成为当前社会各界高度关注的话题。大学生“精神成人”教育应以问题导向为法则,遵循主体意识成长规律和需求,在厘清“微时代”话语体系建构背后的深层结构规则的基础上,审视“微时代”境遇下大学生精神成人的主体精神、批判精神和道德认知变化,明晰“微时代”与“精神成人”的相互蕴涵及作用逻辑,在文化理论与实践教育关系的平衡中科学合理地实现大学生“精神成人”教育目标。Featuring a deep integration of virtuality and reality,"micro-age"has attracted increasing public attentions."Spiritual maturity"education for college students should be problem-based,follow the laws of their cognition growth,and consider their needs.Based on the deep understanding of the discourse construction in"micro-age",this paper,in view of the changes in college students'subject spirit,critical spirit,and moral cognition,clarifies the interrelationship and function of"micro-age"and"spiritual maturity",and holds that college students'"spiritual maturity"should be achieved through a scientific and reasonable balance between cultural theories and practical education.
