摘  要:根据高职教学改革的发展方向和实训教学的要求,黑龙江生态工程职业学院以食品微生物检验技术实训课程为示范进行改革探索:优化实训内容,改革实训课程教学模式,改变考核评价方式,加大实训课程的信息化教学,发挥信息化教学的优势,对传统实训教学进行改革设计。According to the development direction of higher vocational education reform and the requirements of practical training teaching,the training course of Food Microbiological Detection Technology was as a demonstration of curriculum reform in Heilongjiang Vocational Institute of Ecological Engineering. It was optimized of the actual training content,reformed of the teaching mode of the practical training course,and changed of the assessment and evaluation method. It was an increase in the informatization teaching of practical training courses,gave full play to the advantages of informatization teaching. It was reformed and designed to traditional training teaching.
