摘　　要：新时期教师工作实践包括教师职业作用定位、角色定位和素养定位三个方面。在实践上要完善保障机制,让教师在岗位上有幸福感;坚持以师为本,让教师在事业上有成就感;弘扬尊师重道,让教师在社会上有荣誉感。Teachers working practice in the new period include three aspects,the position of teachers’ professional ro1 e,the orientation of roles and the orientation in practice. Require the improvement of the safeguard mechanism,so that teachers have a sense of well-being in the post,adhere to the teacher-oriented,so that teachers have a sense of achievement in the career,promote the respecting teachers,so that teachers in the community have sense of honor.
