蝶豆花净油挥发性香气成分分析及卷烟加香应用

摘　　要：[目的]开发新的烟用天然植物香料产品。[方法]采用超临界CO2萃取法制备蝶豆花净油,运用GC/MS法分析蝶豆花净油中的挥发性成分,并进行卷烟加香试验和感官评价。[结果]蝶豆花净油中主要挥发性成分有57种,包括棕榈酸乙酯、棕榈酸甲酯、植酮、亚油酸乙酯、亚油酸甲酯、硬脂酸乙酯、新植二烯等。[结论]蝶豆花净油可用于卷烟加香,可以提质增香,修饰烟气,降低刺激性,改善余味,提升卷烟抽吸品质。[Objective] The research aimed to develop new natural plant fragrance products for tobacco.[Method]The absolute oil from Clitoria ternatea flower was obtained by CO2 supercritical extraction method,the volatile components in Clitoria ternatea flower absolute oil were analyzed by GC/MS method,and the cigarette flavoring test and sensory evaluation were carried out.[Result] There were 57 main volatile components in the absolute oil,including ethyl palmitate,methyl palmitate,phytonone,ethyl linoleate,methyl linoleate,ethyl stearate,and Neophytadiene ,etc.[Conclusion] Clitoria ternatea flower absolute oil can be used for cigarette flavoring,which can enhance the aroma,modify the smooth of smoke,reduce the irritation,improve the aftertaste and improve the sensory quality of the cigarette.
