摘　　要：实践教学是加深对理论认识和巩固理论知识的重要途径,是培养高素质应用型人才的重要环节,是理论联系实际、培养学生实践操作的重要平台。安徽科技学院作为地方应用型本科高校,在构建高质量实践教学,提升应用型人才培养质量方面改革探索。以药物制剂学实践教学为例,从实践教学模式改革、实践教学考核方式改革等方面建立地方应用型本科高校实践教学的基本模式。Practical teaching is an important way to deepen and consolidate theoretical knowledge.It is an important part of training highquality applied talents,and an important platform for integrating theory with practice and for cultivating students’ability in practical operation.Anhui Science and Technology University,a local applied undergraduate college,is taking reform and exploration on constructing high-quality practice teaching and on improving the quality of applied talents.This paper,taking the practice teaching of pharmaceutical preparations as an example,explores the ways of constructing the basic model of reforming practical teaching in local applied undergraduate colleges in terms of the model,and evaluation way,etc.
