摘　　要：通过模拟公司制形式对学生进行职业素养的培养,模拟公司的架构及组建和实施流程,从而实现学校和企业的无缝对接,这是提升学生职业素养的最佳途径。The best way to improve students'professional quality is to train students'professional quality by the simulated company system,such as simulating the structure,establishment and implementation process of the company,so as to realize the seamless connection between the school and the enterprise.
