摘 要:介绍全冠预备后牙体的牙合向聚合度与嵌体洞型外展度测量两用测尺的设计原则、基本结构、设计原理及测量使用方法。根据几何原理,设计制作出的全冠预备后牙体的牙合向聚合度与嵌体洞型外展度测量两用测尺样尺,可实现体外对全冠牙体预备后的牙体牙合向聚合度的测量,及嵌体牙体预备后的洞型牙合向外展度的测量。采用普通量角器及该两用测尺分别测量了随机选择的32个不同角度,测量结果显示两种方法无统计学差异(P> 0. 05),且两组的组内相关系数ICC为0. 999。因此,全冠预备后牙体的牙合向聚合度与嵌体洞型外展度测量两用测尺的设计科学合理,一尺两用,测量结果可靠,为口腔修复学教学和临床提供了一种方便、直接、可靠的测量工具。The basic structure, design principles and usage of a caliper for measuring abutment convergence angle and abduction degree are introduced.It can be used to measure the occlusal convergence angles as well as the cavern-type abduction degree of prepared teeth.Thirty-two randomly selected angles were measured with a common protractor and the dual-usage caliper.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05), and the ICC of the two groups was 0.999.With scientific design and reliable measurement result, this caliper is a convenient and direct measuring tool for dental prosthodontics teaching and clinical practice.
