摘　　要：为探讨如何充分发挥高校和社会力量的资源优势支持中小学办学多样化、特色化发展;如何进一步强化人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新的高校办学宗旨,对首都体育学院"高参小"项目实施3年(2014—2017年)的成果进行实地调查,围绕"五项任务"所开展的工作进行资料收集和整理,提炼出包括指导原则、组织架构、运行机制和实施方式4个方面的互动育人模式。该模式能发挥高校和社会力量的服务功能,促进基础教育公平;盘活区域间的教育资源,推动基础教育优质资源的均衡配置;建立利益方之间"责""权""利"分明的互动机制;通过政府购买社会服务的方式整合教育资源,并将教育资源配置到小学。his paper discusses how to use the resource advantages of universities and social forces to support the diversified and characteristic development of primary and secondary schools, and how to further strengthen the educational purpose of talents training, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance and innovation. Field investigation was conducted on the results of the"Universities Participating in Primary School Education"(UPPSE) of the Capital University of Physical Education and Sports for three years(2014-2017).Data collection and collation are carried out around the"five tasks". The"interactive education"mode including guiding principles, organizational structure, operation mechanism and implementation mode are refined. This model can play the service function of universities and social forces and promote basic education fairness,activate education resources between regions to promote balanced development of basic education high-quality resources, establish a clear interactive mechanism of"responsibilities","rights"and"interests"between multiple interest groups, integrate education resources through government purchase of social services, and transfer education resources to primary schools.
