摘 要:锅炉汽包水位是加热炉安全运行的重要参数,对汽水分离的速度有着重大影响。锅炉汽包水位控制系统具有滞后性、非线性和不确定性等特点,难以确定控制系统准确的数学模型,且传统PID控制方式很难适应。模糊控制能够有效适应锅炉汽包水位控制系统工况,其不足在于控制精度低。文章在传统PID控制中引入模糊控制,提高汽包水位控制系统的控制精度和响应速度,保证水位波动范围维持在设定值2%以内,并将研究成果应用于实际的锅炉汽包水位控制。研究结果表明,该控制系统不仅提高水位的控制精度,而且节能降耗,具有较大工程应用价值。The boiler drum water level is an important parameter of the furnace for safety operating, and having major impact on the quality of steam-water separation speed. The performances of the boiler drum water level control system are time delay, nonlinear and time variable, so the traditional three impulse control system have defects of large water level fluctuation and false water level. Fuzzy control can effectively adapt to the working conditions of boiler drum water level control system, and its shortcoming is that the control accuracy is low. In the paper, the fuzzy control was introduced in the traditional PID control to improve the control precision and response speed of the drum water level control system, to ensure that the fluctuation range of the water level was maintained within 2% of the set value, and the research results were applied to the actual boiler drum. The research results show that the control system not only improves the control accuracy of water level, but also can save energy and reduce consumption, which has great engineering application value.
