摘 要:人才培养需要理论与实践结合,但是我国高校在岗位实习方面却存在着不容回避的问题。不少高校大学生把毕业前的岗位实习时间变成了找工作时间,自由放任。借鉴德国职业教育经验,开阔高等教育培养人才视野,完善相关法律制度与政策,充分调动各类社会组织参与其中,并尝试用市场和法制两种手段来调整、规范大学生岗位实习过程中所产生的各种权利与义务关系,是解决大学生岗位实习问题的可行选择。Talent cultivation requires a combination of theory and practice, but in China, in terms of job training there are problems in colleges and universities that cannot be avoided. In most colleges and universities, the post-graduate internship time has become a time for finding job and is laissez-faire. Learning from the experi. ence of German vocational education, broadening higher education to cultivate talents' horizons, perfecting rele. vant legal systems and policies, fully mobilizing various social organizations to participate in it. What’s more, try. ing to use market and legal methods to adjust and standardize various rights and obligations produced in the stu. dents' job internship process should be a feasible choice to solve the problem of college students' internship.
