摘　　要：高职院校是我国大型专业技能型人才的培养基地,在专业课程教育方面需要不断加强建设、创新发展。高职院校焊接专业教育任务和教育目标的实现存在较大的阻碍,报考焊接专业的学生数量较少,焊接专业人才培养效率较低。而社会各类生产制造行业、工程行业等都需要大量的焊接专业人才,高职院校需要就目前焊接专业运行发展中存在的问题,采取多样化建设措施,对其发展模式进行创新。Higher vocational education institutions are the training base for large-scale professional and technical talents in China. And it is necessary to continuously strengthen construction and innovation in the professional curriculum education. There are many obstacles to the realization of the welding professional education tasks and educational goals in higher vocational education institutions. The number of students applying for welding is small, and the welding professionals are less efficient. The various manufacturing and engineering industries in the society require a large number of welding professionals. Higher vocational education institutions need to adopt diversified construction measures to innovate the development problems in the current development of welding professional operations. This paper will analyze the content of its diversified construction and innovative development model.
