摘 要:鉴于图解法和解析法在摆动导杆机构运动规律研究中的不足,提出了一种基于解析法和计算机辅助技术相结合的方法。借助ADAMS软件,采用参数化优化的设计方法,以机构在某一特殊位置作为参照,将各个铰接点的位置坐标用杆长的函数表示,建立摆动导杆机构参数化模型,以加速度变化的幅值作为优化目标,确定了杆长的最优参数,得到了速度平稳性良好的导杆机构的尺寸参数。该优化方法同样适合于摆动导杆机构不同目标函数优化分析,以及其他机构运动规律的研究。In view of the insufficiency of the graphic method and analytical method in the study of the motion law of the swing guide mechanism, a method based on analytical method and computer-aided technology was proposed. With the aid of ADAMS software, the parametric optimization design method was used to use the mechanism as a reference at a special location. The position coordinates of each hinge were represented by the function of the length of the rod, and a parameterized model of the swing guide rod mechanism was established. Taking the amplitude of acceleration change as the optimization target, the optimal parameters of the length of the rod were determined, and the dimension parameters of the guide rod mechanism with good speed stability were obtained. The optimization method is also suitable for the optimization analysis of different objective functions of the swing guide mechanism and the study of the movement laws of other mechanisms.
