摘 要:具有优良结构的进气歧管不仅会提高发动机的进气特性,而且能够降低进气环节总噪声。首先,针对某直列六缸发动机进气歧管几何结构模型进行合理化网格划分,对流场仿真所需边界条件、求解模型、噪声源、物理模型等进行设置。其次,对进气歧管的流场特性进行研究,得出歧管压力损失和质量流量均匀性结果,并通过噪声源计算模拟进气歧管气动噪声,得到噪声源在流动过程中对气动噪声产生的影响。再次,计算出歧管自由模态和约束模态,与该工况下的发动机惯性力频率进行对比,得到了不同条件下振动频率分布。最后,改进设计了进气歧管关键结构,对改进设计后的进气歧管模型进行相关流固耦合仿真研究,验证改进后模型的合理性。The intake manifold with excellent structure can not only improve the intake characteristics of the engine,but also reduce the total noise of the intake link.The flow field characteristics of intake manifold were studied,and the results of pressure loss and mass flow uniformity were obtained,after the geometric structure model of the intake manifold of an in-line six-cylinder engine was rationalized,and the boundary conditions,solution of the model,the noise source and physical model for flow field simulation were set up.The aerodynamic noise of intake manifold was simulated by noise source calculation,and the influence of noise source on aerodynamic noise in the process of flow was obtained.The free and constrained modes of the manifold were calculated,and the vibration frequency distribution under different conditions was obtained by comparing with the inertia force frequency of engine under such conditions.The key structure of the intake manifold was improved and designed,and the fluid-structure coupling simulation of the improved intake manifold model was verified for the rationality of the improved model.
