摘  要:商务汉语,又称“经贸汉语”,是专业汉语家族的一员。在“一带一路”国家战略促进下,我国与沿线各国更为深入的经贸往来构成外国商务人士学习商务汉语的强大吸引力。在充分了解现阶段商务汉语教育实践各个环节基本情况的基础上,以ESP体系中的需求分析理论为指导,结合商务汉语自身特性,设计涵盖学习者、教师、教学管理、课堂讲练、教学内容、教材编写等方面的调查问卷,对多国别来华商务汉语学习者需求展开全面调查,将其与当前商务汉语教学现状进行对比,从中发现学习者在各个教学环节中的迫切需求,并针对这些需求提出相应的教学环节改进建议。Business Chinese,also known as“Business Chinese”,is a member of the“Professional Chinese”family.Under the promotion of the“One Belt,One Road”national strategy,China’s deeper economic and trade exchanges with countries along the route constitute a strong attraction for foreign business people to learn business Chinese.Based on the full understanding of the basic conditions of the various stages of business Chinese education practice at this stage,this paper uses the“demand analysis theory”in the ESP system as a guide,combined with the characteristics of business Chinese,designed to cover learners,teachers,teaching management,classroom training.The questionnaires on teaching content and textbooks are comprehensively surveyed on the needs of business Chinese learners from many countries in China.They compare them with the current status of business Chinese teaching,and explore the urgent needs of learners in various teaching links.These requirements propose corresponding suggestions for improvement in teaching links.
